Transportation around Tokyo is currently running a reduced service. At the time of writing the Narita Express is currently suspended. Here is more information on the alternative, operational, JR Sobu Line Rapid Train "Airport Narita" (JR総武線快速 エアポート成田) route that runs between Narita Airport and Tokyo station.
Please note that this information is a guide and may change at any time. If you are running to a schedule, please allow extra time to reach your destination as all routes are likely to be congested.

How to use the JR Sobu line Airport Narita
If you are Japan Rail Pass holder, you can use it to take this train. The "Airport Narita" is categorized as a normal JR rapid express and you do not need to book seats in advance.
If you are not Japan Rail Pass holder or if your Pass has expired, buy ticket from ticket office. The fee is 1280 yen.
