Hi there,
You can use the Tokyo Monorail to/from Haneda Airport. Coming from Tokyo station, take the JR Yamanote line to Hamamatsucho station (just 6min away from Tokyo station). From there you can use the Monorail to Haneda.
The Monorail will likely be extended to Tokyo station in 2020 for the Japan Olympics.
