Hi, i have made an calculation mistake and ordered my Pocked WI-Fi for one day short. How can i extend the Order for that one day?
Have written 2 times to the Support Mail and did not get an response till now.

Hi Daniel-San.
Someone from [email protected] replied to my mail. I noticed that not JRPass.com but Ninji Wifi is the Contractor that this order was relayed too. So that's the source of the confusion i guess.
One Feedback tho - you have a "response within 1 Buisness day" written at your page. Even if this is in good faith you should clarify that the mail got recieved by you and respond with an "your mail was recieved and is in our system" mail. It would help reassureing customers like me a lot.
