Unfortunately, you can't. You need to exchange the order at Nagoya Station. See:

I will arrive at Nagoya Station quite late, most probably at around 21:00 (assuming no significant flight delay). By that time, the JR Pass Exchange Office must have closed. Can I exchange for JR Pass and make train reservations at the ticket counters of Nagoya Station?
