Hi I am traveling from Tokyo to Sapporo and wonder if I should just buy the JR pass that serves all region.
Secondly, Does Shinagawa Station have jR trains to Sapporo?

Hi there,
You can go to and from Shinagawa with the JR Pass - no problem.
There are no Shinkansen to Sapporo however. You can get on the Hokkaido Shinkansen from either Tokyo or Ueno stations.
