Hi there, I want to know what happen if I buy the JRPass and is delivered to Argentina on 8/27 and I arrive to Japan on 10/10. Is this OK?? I have to wait to do the purchase??? Or it's OK stand the pass all of these time and activate in Haneda Airport on mi arrive.

That's perfectly fine. As it says on the official info page here:
Your Exchange Order must be turned in for a JAPAN RAIL PASS within three months of the date the Order was issued. (for example, an Exchange Order issued on April 15 would have to be turned in by July 14).
