Hi - We arrive in Hedena Airport at approx. 11pm and have noticed that the collection office for JRPass is closed when we arrive. We are staying in the Intercontinantal ANA hotel (Akasaka, Tokyo, Minatu-ku, 13) - does anyone know the quickest and easiest place to go to collect our passes?

What do you mean by collection? Do you want to exchange the JR Pass or buy it in Japan?

Hi,
It appears you really mean exchange your vouchers for the passes. You are right that when you arrive at 11 PM it would be too late to do that. You'll have to wait til the following day. You can see the list of JR offices to exchange your vouchers here.
