We arrive into Narita Airport after 7pm when the Pass Exchange Office there will be closed. We are staying at Tokyo Bay Disney....I am wondering which would be the most convenient exchange office to visit next day? Thankyou.

Hello there,
The JR Pass can be exchanged at Narita Airport until 21:45, so no worries there.
Additionally the JR Pass can be activated at the major JR station in Tokyo. A full list can be found here. Including Tokyo station. I think either Tokyo or Shinagawa stations are easy to access from the Tokyo bay.
