MY Question about the JR Rail 7 day pass is can can it be used to travel on the JR Narita Express, then be used to travel on the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen(Bullet Train) to Osaka? If I can then which bullet train do I take to get to osaka?

You can use the Hikari Shinkansen from Tokyo station to Shin-Osaka.
