Can the JR office in Haneda also reserve seats?

I arrive HND late after 10:30 PM, in order to exchange my JR pass I have to wait until next morning at 7:45,
my question is once I have the JR Pass in my hand can I also reserve seats at the same place? or I have to
travel to Shinagawa or Tokyo stations to get the seats reserved?
If HND office does not provide full services (exchange and reserve), then I have to go to Tokyo station.

Hi there,

Any JR station can make reservations for you, including Haneda.

So Haneda is considered as a JR station?
I t will get my pressure off as I don't have to be in Tokyo or Sinagawa stations.

Hi there,

I can confirm that there is a JR ticket window at Haneda Airport and that is also the place where you exchange the JR Pass. It's quite small though.
