Hi there, I am currently travelling in China and would like to purchase a jr pass for when I get to Japan. I am from New Zealand. I was wondering if you have an office in Tokyo I could pick the pass up from when I arrive?

Hi Kate,
Yes, you could buy the JR Pass upon arrival in Tokyo but please note that the cost will be 10-20% higher compared to online purchase.
