Hi I have Japan rail passes but the website is not letting me book my journeys and is saying there are no applicable stations. Do I need to wait until my JR pass is activated in Japan before I can book seats? Thanks

Hi there,
Yes, seats can be reserved once you are in Japan and have activated the JR Pass.
