I plan to use the paperless entry system when arriving in Japan.
How should I activate jR if there is no tourist sticker /temporary visitor sticker on my passport?
Please advise.

Hi Linda,
You'll have to get a Temporary visitor (V) visa in your passport. Please ask the staff upon arrival.
Else, you will not be able to use the JR Pass.
