I ordered online the JRPass earlier today, Sep. 27, 2025. Our trip to Japan is on the 30th of September. So i opted to have the JRPass delivered to our hotel in Fukuoka. I typed the hotel name, address correctly, except that instead of Japan an automatic country Philippines was typed. I must have overlooked it. What shall i do to correct the country of delivery?
I have already emailed the JRPass support team.
