Hi

I was wondering if the JR pass will cover our trip from

Yokohama to Sapporo
Sapporo to Tokyo

Hi Tracy,

Yes, this trip is fully covered. You can even ride the Hayabusa Shinkansen train from Hakodate to Tokyo, this is currently the fastest and most modern Shinkansen in Japan.
