Hello
Do you recommend a JR pass for following itinerary one adult one child?
Day 1 Haneda airport to Asakusa
Day 2 Asakusa to Ueno
Day 3 Asakusa to Shubuya to Shinjuku
Day 4 Asakusa to Kyoto
Day 5 Kyoto to Nara
Day 6 Kyoto to Osaka
Day 7 Kyoto to Mt Fuji m Fuji to Tokyo

Hi there,

I always recommend looking at the longer distance trips, as this is where the JR Pass helps you make the best savings.

In your case this is limited to a return Tokyo - Kyoto/Osaka, and this would not be enough to make savings with the pass. So the best advice I can give you, is to buy normal tickets as you travel.

Getting a Suica card, can make life a lot more convenient too.
