Hello,

I'm having trouble figuring out if it's worth buying the pass for my itinerary and if so whether to buy a 1 week or 2 week one. Can you check my itinerary please and let me know what you think?

Day 1: Tokyo
Day 2: Nikko
Day 3: Tokyo
Day 4: Tokyo
Day 5: Tokyo
Day 6: Hakone
Day 7: Matsumoto
Day 8: Kanazawa
Day 9: Kanazawa
Day 10: Takayama
Day 11: Kyoto
Day 12: Kyoto
Day 13: Kyoto
Day 14: Miyajima Island
Day 15: Tokyo

Thank you in advance for the help!

Hi there,

You do plenty of travel for a 14 day JR Pass to help you make good savings compared to purchasing normal tickets.

The rest of your itinerary looks nice and a lot of fun! Consider adding a visit to Hiroshima as well, since you go to Miyajima already.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
