What is the best way to travel and how long is best in each city? We arrive 11 June evening into Tokyo and fly back 20 June mid morning via Osaka

Hi Anita,
It all depends on your own interests and what you want to see and do. In general I'd say do 3-5 days Tokyo 3-4 day Kyoto and 3 days Osaka.
