Good morning!

I will be travelling Tokyo & Hokkaido on Dec 2018 for 2 weeks, My schedule is as below:-

16Dec - Tokyo (Haneda) - Hakodate
17Dec - Hakodate
18Dec - Hakodate - Niseko
19Dec - Niseko - Otaru
20Dec - Otaru - Sapporo
21Dec - Sapporo
22Dec - Sapporo - Noboribetsu Manseikaku
23Dec - Noboribetsu Manseikaku - Lake Toya
24Dec - Lake toya - Hakodate - Tokyo

I plan to purchase 14days JR pass as i spend around 10days 9nights in Hokkaido the rest will be in tokyo, but im not sure if my itinerary is suitable to take Jr pass for my whole trip in Hokkaido, appreciate your kind advise.

Sorry, i wish to recap, my exactly travelling will be on 13 Dec fly to Narita - Tokyo, then from Narita to Haneda.
13Dec - Tokyo Narita - Haneda
14Dec - Tokyo
15Dec - Tokyo
16Dec - Tokyo (Haneda) - Hakodate
17Dec - Hakodate
18Dec - Hakodate - Niseko
19Dec - Niseko - Otaru
20Dec - Otaru - Sapporo
21Dec - Sapporo
22Dec - Sapporo - Noboribetsu Manseikaku
23Dec - Noboribetsu Manseikaku - Lake Toya
24Dec - Lake toya - Hakodate - Tokyo
25Dec - Tokyo
26Dec - Tokyo
27Dec - Haneda to Narita and fly back to my country.
