Hello! A group of four are travelling to Japan for the World Cup and we're following Wales on all four of their group matches. We fly into Osaka and out of Osaka at the end.
We arrive in Osaka on the 21st of September and then need to travel to Nagoya for our accommodation. We are in Nagoya until the 24th and we then travel on to Tokyo. While in Nagoya we need to travel to Toyota for the match. We are in Tokyo until the 1st of October, we then travel to Kyoto until the 6th of October. From there we travel to Osaka until the 8th of October. From Osaka, we travel to Fukuoka until the 14th of October. While in Fukuoka, we have to travel to Oita and Kumamoto for two of the matches.
We plan on buying a 21 day JR Pass to cover everything up to Fukuoka and then a Northern Kyushu pass for Fukuoka. This means we have to pay for a bullet train from Fukuoka to Osaka. Is this the most sensible set of options for us?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
