Hi,
My family (2 adults and 2 children) have got tickets to the Rugby World Cup in Oita in October. We were thinking about flying in to Osaka (From Hong Kong) and travelling down to Fukuoka by train ,stopping at Hiroshima along the way. Could you tell me what would be the most economic way to do this please.

Hi there,
That's awesome! Wish I could go as well.
The best option would depend on how many days you stay in each city. As there is no regional pass that covers travel all the way from Kansai to Oita, I would look at the 7-day JR Pass as a baseline.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
