We will be travelling on June 12-19, this year. Only to use the JR pass from June 12-18. Moreover, we will be arriving at kansai airport around 19:10, and approximately 21:00 to exit the airport(thinking of immigration and waiting time for our luggages). Planning to buy the 7-day JR pass for our trip, at the airport as well because i heard you offer discounts if we buy it at your ticketing office. Are the JR bullet train inclusive in that price of $265.00 ( 7-day pass)?

The JR Pass is cheapest when you purchase the JR Pass online. The JR Pass covers all bullet train lines in Japan and you can use it for the entire trip Osaka-tokyo-osaka-kyoto-osaka.
