Is The JR Pass worth it, and which should we get? Here is our Itinerary

HI we have 6 Adults, and 4 Children going to Japan in April.
Here is our Itinerary: I think the 7 day will be worth it, but not the 14 day?
Is there JR trains in the cities instead of Suica card, we can use to go to our sightseeing locations.
Is JR pass useable on subways?

17th Narita Airport /Tokyo
18th Tokyo
19th Tokyo
20th Tokyo - Mt Fuji (Hakone - day trip).. Require JR train to get back to Tokyo/Hotel.
21st Tokyo
22nd Kyoto
23rd Kyoto
24th Kyoto / Hiroshima
25th Hiroshima
26th Osaka
27th Osaka
28th Tokyo
29th Tokyo
23rd Tokyo / Narita Airport.
