Hi,
You would make a 14 day pass pay off well for your plans.
The biggest problem I see in your plans is trying to do the Tateyama kurobe alpine route as a day trip from Tokyo. It would require about 6 hours of travel round trip to do it, which is just brutal. I suggest you make that part a 2 day trip, and at the end of the route you can go from Toyama to see Kanazawa, which is an extremely nice city to see, and then you can take the bullet train back to Tokyo the next day.

For Hakone, take the bullet train from Tokyo and get off at Odawara Stn., then to save money, buy a Hakone Free Pass. After seeing the area, return but go to Mishima Stn., then catch the next bullet train to Kyoto. The Hakone Loop Course is a common way to see the area.

Good luck.
