we are planing 2 weeks travel on June there.
We will visit Osaka, Kyoto, Himeji, Nara and then Tokyo as well.
here is a plan.
14th : Osaka Kansai Airport --> Tokyo
15th-18th : Tokyo
19th : Tokyo --> Nara
20th : Nara --> Kyoto
21st-23rd : Kyoto
24th : Kyoto --> Himeji Castle --> Kyoto
25th : Kyoto --> Kobe
26th : Kobe --> Osaka
27th : Osaka --> Osaka Kansai Airport
We thought better buy JR pass to move from Osaka Kansai Airport to Tokyo.
But we buy for 7 days ticket to cover 14-20th as we will stay in Tokyo for a while.
For traveling later in Kansai area like Himeji, Kobe, Osaka we thought still better buy Kansai regional ticket for 4 days than buy tickets for each time.
JR pass for 14days would cover all the journey but then it costs too much.
Somehow I couldn't find information here about buying both JR and Regional ticket together.
Is it allowed ?
And would be better option you would suggest?
