We are travelling from Tokyo to Nakagyo Ward in Kyoto
Than to the centre of Osaka-Shi
Than to Shibuya ku in Tokyo.
We want to travel to Mt Fuji and Kobe too.

Hi there,
I do recommend getting a 7 day Japan Rail Pass if you can make the return to Kyoto/Osaka/Tokyo before it expires. Green Class is similar to 1st class trains in other countries like the UK, you basically get more comfort and quiet.
