Day 1: Arrive KIX to a hotel in Shin Osaka
Day 2: Tour around Osaka
Day 3: Go to Kyoto then back to Shin Osaka
Day 4: Shin Osaka to Universal Studios
Day 5: Shin Osaka to a hotel in Tokyo
Day 6: Disney
Day 7: Tour around Tokyo
Day 8: Tokyo to Narita airport

I reviewed your itinerary and recommend buying normal tickets, as they would cost less than a JR Pass for this route.
