Hi there,
A 14 day Japan Rail Pass would be the best option. This because local travel in Tokyo and Yokohama is not costing you a lot and it would work fine to buy normal tickets at the start and near the end of your trip. Then use the JR Pass to travel to Kyoto, Hiroshima, Osaka, Nara and Hakone. Which is by far the more expensive part of your itinerary.
