We are planning a trip to Japan in November 2018 starting from Tokyo. We would like to visit the following places: Matumoto, Kiso valley, Takayama , shirakogo , Kanasawa and Kyoto. what is the most convenient way to make this plan with your train system. Is it accessible for disable? Thanks, Pessia

Its quite a complicated area to travel around. As there are often mountain directly between cities and you may have to make quite some detours. I recommend reading the following page for details:

Disabled access is available at bigger cities like Takayama, Matsumoto, Kanazawa and Kyoto but not always at smaller stations, such as when visiting the Kiso Valley, in such a case, you can always ask the station staff for assistance.
