transport to cape of Nagasakibana

I will be taking the JR form kagoshima-chuo station to down south to tour Ibusiki and nishi Oyama station.
from there how do I get to the cape of nagasakibana, Kagoshima flower park etc?

there seems to be 2 types of JR trains to Ibusuki ( the JR makurayaki and the ltd express)
to go to the southern most station, Nishi Oyama, which one should I take?
according to the info link you gave above, the next station after Ibusuki is Yamakama then kaimon..

then where is Oyama station where there is a yellow post box ?.
