Hi there,
We are all booked to arrive in Japan in a few weeks. We will need to take a few trains during out trip, for example i need to tack a train from Kansai international into Kyoto. My question is, is it possible to purchase a ticket for this service now or do i do it when i arrive?
Thanks for your time
Will

Hi there,

You can buy tickets at any station in Japan, go to the ticket office and tell the staff where you want to go, they will then reserve the tickets for you. It is generally not possible to reserve tickets online, outside of Japan.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
