Hello,

we are a family of 4 who will be visiting Japan for the first time. We plan to arrive at Haneda airport, then travel to Kyoto, Hiroshima, and then back to Tokyo. Our return flight will depart from Tokyo Narita airport. We will be in Japan for 6 days. Would the JR pass be worthwhile for us, and does it cover transportation to both Haneda and Narita airports? Thank you.

Hi Vickie,

A JR Pass would help you make very good savings for this trip. You can use the bullet train to Kyoto, Hiroshima and back to Tokyo. Travel to both Haneda and Narita Airport is also included, as well as local JR lines in each city you visit.

When in Hiroshima, be sure to visit Miyajima:
