I understand that JR pass is a very good option for an elevated cities travel.
But, we are planning just 2 trips:
1- Tokyo to Kyoto
2- Kyoto to Osaka
Im wondering if I can buy the shinkansen WITHOUT JR pass ?. If so, where I can buy it . Is there an online page or I can do it in the Tokyo airport or train station ?.
Can I now an estimated price for those trip with JR pass ?

You can buy tickets at eki-net.co.jp without the JR Pass. However it is easier to just do so at the station in Japan.
You can use the JR Pass Fare Calculator to find an approximate ticket cost of a single route or even your full itinerary.
