The Narita Express has just updated to "Partial Service". There used to be a morning & afternoon service. Does anyone know what the partial service is right now? Thanks!

Hi there - currently it's rather unclear what the current status is from the various web resources, however the JR Sobu line is operating from Narita, so you are able to get into the city via that route if the N'EX is not running when you arrive.
Sorry this is so vague, but the information is not very precise...
