I am a travel agent and have a client flying into Narita Nov 10 arriving at 435p, is there a train that departs from the narita airport to Kyoto, if so what are the times and how do I purchase a ticket for him

Hi there,
There are several options available the fastest and most comfortable route would be to take the Narita Express to Tokyo and from there use the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto. Trains depart at least every 30 minutes.
Train tickets can only be purchased inside of Japan. There are some agencies that ship rail tickets outside of Japan but these add quite large fees. You could also consider a Japan Rail Pass for your client if he will do any additional travel. The Japan Rail Pass is basically one ticket for all of Japan.
