I have two questions.
1/ Do you have a bullet train from Kyoto to Tokyo, if so, is it direct. Non-stop If not how many stops.
2/Also would you suggest the tour from Shizuoka to Tokyo to see Mt Fuji.

Hi there,
1.) You can use the Hikari Shinkansen bullet train directly between Kyoto and Tokyo. There are no transfers along the way.
2.) Shizuoka can be reached by Shinkansen as well and has easy access from Tokyo. There are many good spots to view Fuji from around Shizuoka and the local green tea is some of the best in Japan.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
Thank you for getting back to me. That is helpful information. My client did ask me other question about luggage. They would be traveling with a carry-on and a large bag. What do you recommend and what is the fee for them to take it on the train?
Veronica
Hi Veronica,
There are no fees for luggage. Official rules are that you can carry up to 2 suitcases (30kg) each. This however is not strictly enforced. A more general rule is that you can bring what you want as long as it does not inconvenience any other passengers or staff.
Kind regards,
Daniel
