Would you please guide me where I can purchase Kobe Meguri Hankin to include transportation from Shin-Osaka Station to Kobe roundtrip and transportation within Kobe.
Also does Kansai Pass cover transportation between Shin-Osaka Station and Kobe?
What would be the basic difference between Kobe Meguri (Hankin version) and Kansai Thru Pass?
I'm looking to explore both Osaka and Kobe during my trip. Do I need both pass or they would overlap each other?

I don't have a lot of experience with these passes, as we basically focus on the JR Pass and JR regional passes only.
My advice is to read both websites carefully and see if any of these passes match your desired plans. As far as I know, these passes do overlap, so you may just want to buy one.
