We will be in Japan for 10 days. Tokyo first then to Kyoto and back to Tokyo to catch our flight back to US on the last day. It looks like to me there are no options to purchase a 10 day JR Pass. Looks like it's only 7, 14 and 21 days. Can a JR Pass be purchased for just 10 days or do I need to purchase the 14 day JR Pass to make sure all our travels are covered?

Hi there,
You are correct that the JR Pass is only available for 7, 14, or 21 consecutive days.
There is no 10-day pass unfortunately, but for a Tokyo-Kyoto round trip, buying individual tickets is cheaper than a JR Pass.
