JR Pass not arriving in time?

I ordered the pass around 7am on a Thursday but will be leaving on Tuesday at midnight at it seems that there will be a delay in processing and delivery because of the holidays. I also haven't been getting any replies on this subject that's been sent directly to support. I'm not sure what to do. Maybe ask for a refund and buy the pass somewhere else that can send it directly to my hotel room?
