Hi , can you answer questions for jr east ?. I arrive at Haneda on a domestic flight , terminal 2 and wanted to know how to get to the jr east office at the international Terminal ? Thankyou
You can buy the Pass at the Tokyo Monorail station that is owned by JR.
The follow the signs to Tokyo Metro and you can buy it there at the station, the station is small so you can't miss it!
Hope this helps,
