Hi,
The JR lines are covered. But there are other railways that also have their own station in Namba and they are not covered.Make sure that you are taking a JR train if you are using the pass.

Hi there,
A good distinction to make here is that you can use the JR Pass to JR-Namba. The subway station is called Namba station and there's also a 3rd sector railway station by the name of Namba (Nankai). These are all within walkable distance.
