Hi there. I´m planning on Visiting Tokyo - Kyoto - Naoshima and going back to Tokyo after the islands. I´s it possible to get individual tickets or is it mandatory to get a global pass.

While some tickets can be purchased online, this is not possible for all routes. To keep it simple, I do recommend just buying them in person when you arrive in Japan.
You can use our JR Fare calculator to get an idea of ticket prices, and see if you can make saving using the JR Pass.
