Would you please let me know if I could purchase this Icoca pass at Narita Airport or Sapporo?
I need this pass to get discount on my Icoca & Haruka pass. However, I will land at Narita airport and immediately fly to Sapporo and then fly from Sapporo to Kansai airport.
Can I use Icoca pass in Tokyo to purchase Tokyo Subway 72-hour Ticket?

Hi there,
The ICOCA pass is made my JR West and can only be purchased at JR West stations. You'd have to buy it at Kansai Airport or one of the JR West stations like Kyoto or Osaka.
You could use value on the ICOCA card to buy a Subway ticket, included the 72h hour discount pass.
