Hi there,

4 days will go very fast. I would suggest 1 day or Kyoto, 1 day for Hakone and 2 for Tokyo. Adding Nara is likely too busy and would leave you travelling more than actually sightseeing. Better to enjoy the best of Kyoto.

Some suggestions for each city:

Kyoto: Kyumizudero, Golden pavillion, Arashiyama and bamboo grove, Gion and Nishiki market.

Fuji/Hakone see:

Tokyo:
Akihabara, Ginza, Odaiba, Asakusa, Palace gardens, Disneyland, Shibiya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, tons more!

Hope this helps,
Daniel
