I plan to take a flight from Hakodate to Sapporo, then travel to Otaru.
(1). Is there any JR train going from New Chitose Airport to Otaru & how long it will take?
(2). Is New Chitose Airport the terminal for domestic flight (i.e. the flight from Hakodate to Sapporo will land in New Chitose Airport)?

Hi there,
1.) Yes, there are direct services between Otaru and Shin Chitose Airport. Taking 85 minutes.
2.) There's one rail station for both the international and domestic terminals. Just follow the signs with railways and you can't miss it.
