which is the easiest way to get to kobe for cruise boat terminal? should i arrive in narita or kobe? should i take a bullet train or normal train? 2 of us leaving from sfo. inexpensive is best.

Hi there,
Where will you be coming from? I would definitely use a bullet train if you come from Narita Airport/Tokyo, because the route is simply too long to travel by local train.
