I know you've been getting a lot of emails due to the Corona virus. Unfortunately we are als forced to cancel our honeymoon to Japan that were supposed to take on March 29. I just wanted to be sure we can cancel the JRPass and if there is any fee for doing so?
Can you please help me so we can start planning another honeymoon destination :).

You've done the right thing by e-mailing us. Please note that due to the high amount of requests, it may take 2-3 business days to get a reply in detail.
We can also provide you with an 85% refund for any unused ticket, within 1 year after purchase as per the terms and conditions.
