Hello, I will be visiting Japan with my family of 6. We will be here for 10 days but unsure to get the 7 days pass and pay for one way tickets or 14 days pass. Below is my Itinery:

17/12 Haneda-Nagano
18/12 (Nagano)
19/12 Nagano-Tokyo
20/12 (Tokyo)
21/12 (Tokyo) Maybe day trip to Mt Fuji
22/12 Tokyo-Osaka
23/12 (Osaka)
24/12 Osaka-Kyoto
25/12 (Kyoto)
26/12 Kyoto-Kansai

Your advise will be very much appreciated! Thank you very much!

Hello there,

I would recommend using a 7 day JR Pass for travel from Haneda - Nagano - Tokyo - Osaka. These are the most expensive trips and you would make nice savings compared to normal tickets. The JR Pass is also valid for the local JR Network in Tokyo and (part of the way) to Fuji, both are a nice bonus!

Hope this helps,
Daniel
