Wrong starting date

Hi

I exchanged the pass but after reviewing the itineraries I selected a wrong starting date. I haven’t use it, is it possible to amend this?

Hi there,

The JR Pass has to be used within 3 months after purchase. This can be any date within that 3 month period however :)
