Comprei o jrpass de 21 dias mas marquei a data de início errada no dia 29/11, gostaria de alterar para 09/12. É possível? Ou devo seguir com o cancelamento?
I buyed the jrpass for 21 day but on the wrong date of use. I put 29/11/2025 but i want to begin the use in 09/12/2025. Is that a problem? How can i change the date?
Hi there,
You can activate your JR Pass at any date within 3 months of issue date. The date given during purchase is mostly used as indication only.
